Event Notification

Teignbridge District Council request that event planners let them know the details of their events by completing the 'Event Notification Form'.

This form, along with other useful information, can be found on their website at the following link: http://www.teignbridge.gov.uk/eventorganiserinfo.

The form will prompt you to think about all aspects of event management and inform you of any additional procedures you need to carry out to protect yourself and to ensure a safe and legal event.

This is now the standard procedure for notifying the District Council and all other appropriate agencies, e.g. the police, fire service and County highways, etc. of all events throughout the district.
